kans (Randall Felter) is an Amsterdam-born artist known for his distinct sound, emotional depth and reflective storytelling. He first entered the Dutch music landscape in 2020 with his self-released debut album deze eenzaamheid laat mij niet alleen. Featuring thirteen solo tracks, the project introduced his unique blend of introspection, melody and contemporary influences. Shortly after, kans partnered with the FPK to release the Wisseloord Live Sessions, translating his debut into a more intimate, live-driven experience.

In 2022, he returned with his second album hennessy & beckies, exploring themes of love, digital temptation, detachment and personal growth. Featuring collaborations with Jonna Fraser, Bokoesam, Ray Fuego and Murda, the project gained strong support from major outlets including NRC, Het Parool, Complex, FHM and 3voor12. The success of his releases resulted in sold-out headline shows at the Melkweg (700 capacity) and Annabel (1,000 capacity), including a 4-star review from NRC.

Throughout 2023 and 2024, kans continued to expand his artistic identity and fanbase, performing as a support act at the sold-out AFAS Live and releasing new music. In 2024, he signed with Noah’s Ark and embarked on a four-city tour. His singles bday beckies and constant mo accumulated over 4.5 million streams.
